Turnaround Time

Orders will generally ship around the 10th business day mark. This does not include weekends or holidays. However, my turnaround time does allow for up to 14 business days as life with 4 kids can be somewhat unpredictable. If for any reason, your order will take longer than 14 business days, I will contact you as soon as I am aware there will be a delay.

Local Pickup

If you choose local pick up at checkout, you must be willing to pick your order up at my house in the Marsh Creek area of Howard, PA. I cannot arrange pick-ups on an individual basis.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped via USPS.

I am only in control of the length of time it takes for your item(s) to be created which is known as processing time.

Once your order is in the postal service system, I have no control over the length of time it takes to be delivered. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed for errors made by me. Please carefully read all item descriptions and refer to size chart graphics prior to making a purchase.

The custom nature of your products does not allow me to accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you do have any issues with your order, please contact me within 48 hours. Ensure you have double check the size charts I have posted for accuracy of selecting a size.
